About the role: As an Apprentice Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting the factory's production operations. You'll learn how to maintain and improve equipment, respond to breakdowns, and contribute to continuous improvement projects. Your training will include:

  • Assisting with planned maintenance and logging tasks
  • Learning to diagnose and fix faults
  • Supporting equipment upgrades and installations
  • Promoting a safe and efficient working environment
  • Gaining practical skills in pumps, motors, relays, panels, and lighting

What you'll need to apply:

  • GCSEs at grade C or above in Maths and English
  • A hands-on approach and previous experience in DIY or maintenance tasks
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills, and undertake a three-year NVQ course, while attending the factory during holidays.
  • Previous experience working in the engineering, manufacturing or construction industries.
