Urban Planters is seeking a Landscaping Operative based in Alfreton to join a busy team. The role involves travelling between sites in the company van and delivering high-quality interior and exterior planting services across our client sites.

The position requires a full UK driving licence, gardening experience, and strong communication. You will contribute to projects, help with paperwork, and support health & safety on site while enjoying a stable full-time role with progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Full UK drivers licence is required.
• Garden maintenance experience is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Plant knowledge would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the completion of landscaping dockets.
• Complete timesheets and ensure paperwork is handed in promptly.
• Act as a representative of the company and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Initiate suggestions and report customer comments for improvement.
• comply with Health & Safety requirements.
• Undertake other duties as required by management.
