Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee a small export team and manage your own customer accounts.
2. Coordinate international transportation needs, including FCL/LCL shipments and Cross Trades.
3. Handle all aspects of the international shipping process.
4. Communicate with shipping lines and haulers.
5. Prepare paperwork for customs clearance.
6. Maintain communication with customers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
7. Collaborate daily with the warehouse to fulfill customer orders.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience in export operations within a freight forwarding environment is essential. Strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, professionalism, and an excellent telephone manner are also required.
