We are looking to appoint an experienced export despatch co-ordinator for our client based in the Midlands. Our client is a traditional UK manufacturer who are investing heavily in modern processes and a world class manufacturing approach. Our client has been established for over 100 years and they have clear plans to continue to grow their 4 UK manufacturing sites. This is a great opportunity for someone to join a private organisation at a time when they are growing considerably, and are continuing to export their products worldwide.

Monday to Thursday: 8.30am 5 pm

Friday: 8.30am 3.30pm

We are looking to appoint an experienced export despatch co-ordinator for our client based in the Midlands. Main Duties Will Include

• Preparing all required export documentation.
• Ensuring all exports are compliant with VAT regulations.
• Maintaining strict compliance with export regulations.
• Organising despatch.
• Being the point of contact for freight forwarders.
• Ensuring correct invoicing and raising of credit notes.
• Ensuring all files have the correct proof of export documentation.
• Handling shipments under Letter of Credit and ATA Carnet.
• Liaising with customers.
  
  

You must have at least several years experience in export and have a full understanding of compliance requirements, e.g. the certs/docs required and when/how to apply for them.

For this role you will need strong attention to detail, be highly organised, having the ability to prioritise tasks and be an excellent communicator.
