An established industry player is seeking an experienced Airfreight Export Clerk to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire air export process from start to finish, including booking space with airlines and creating essential export documentation. Your expertise in customer service will ensure clients receive timely updates about their shipments. Qualifications

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Luftfracht-Exportabwicklung.
• Vertrautheit mit Exportdokumentationen und dem Buchungsprozess.

Responsibilities

• Bearbeitung von Exportbuchungen und Erstellung von Exportdokumentationen.
• Buchung von Frachtraum bei Fluggesellschaften und Organisation der Transporte.

Job description

New vacancy for an experienced Airfreight Export Clerk has become available to join a well-established freight forwarder.

The ideal person would have a minimum of 3 years plus in Air Exports, duties to include:

1. Be confident in the process from start to finish and using Boxtop.
2. Accepting new Export bookings.
3. Booking space with airlines.
4. Arranging haulage.
5. Creating Export documentation (HAWB/MAWB etc).
6. Export customs entries.
7. Pre-alerting overseas agents.
8. File billing.
9. General customer service, providing shipment updates etc.

Hours are Monday - Friday 09:00 till 6:00pm.
