Job summary

Whipped Cream is seeking a brilliant Creative Experiential Producer to turn ambitious ideas into real-world experiences. You’ll own creative development and production planning, delivering across brand activations, experiences and cultural moments.

You’ll collaborate with our creative, client services and senior production teams, bringing calm, solutions-focused leadership to on-site delivery and live events.

Qualifications

• Around 4-5 years’ experience in experiential, events, creative production or a similar agency environment.
• Hands-on experience producing brand activations, experiences or live events.
• Good understanding of live production, logistics and operational delivery.
• Experience managing suppliers, venues, staffing teams or other production partners.
• Strong budget, timeline and project documentation management.
• Calm under pressure with a collaborative, problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Produce brand activations, live experiences and experiential campaigns from planning through to delivery.
• Turn ideas into practical, exciting production solutions with creative teams.
• Research, source and manage venues, suppliers, fabricators and staffing partners.
• Develop production approaches that fit budget and timeline constraints.
• Lead on-site delivery and coordinate suppliers, crews and staffing on the ground.
• Build strong relationships with clients and external partners and communicate updates clearly.
