Job summary

The Weber Shandwick Collective in London is seeking an experienced Creative Producer to join our Production team. You will bring strong production expertise, collaborate with the Creative Department, Designers and Client teams, and turn ambitious ideas into behavioural campaigns across experiential campaigns, activations, events and brand experiences.

You’ll manage projects from concept through delivery, build long-term relationships with trusted production partners, oversee budgets, timelines

Qualifications

• Experience as a Creative Producer within an agency environment across experiential or brand experience.
• Proven experience delivering physical brand experiences, activations, events, installations or pop-ups.
• Strong understanding of the creative development process and how ideas are translated into physical experiences.
• Confident working with creative teams and contributing production thinking from an early stage.
• Experienced in briefing and managing third-party suppliers and production partners.
• Strong project management, organisational and commercial skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the production of experiential campaigns, activations, events, installations and brand experiences from concept through to delivery.
• Work closely with the Creative Department and Designers to understand creative ambition and develop practical production solutions.
• Partner with Client teams to ensure projects are delivered against agreed objectives, timelines and budgets.
• Develop production plans, timelines, budgets and schedules, managing projects through each stage of delivery.
• Identify and brief the most appropriate trusted production partners, building long-term relationships where possible rather than creating multiple supplier relationships for individual projects.
• Manage external production partners, suppliers, fabricators and technical specialists to deliver high-quality work.
• Build and maintain a strong network of preferred production partners across experiential, fabrication, technical and event production.
• Manage production contracts, supplier agreements and associated documentation, ensuring all terms are agreed ahead of delivery.
• Ensure appropriate insurance, compliance and production cover is in place across all projects, working closely with internal teams and third-party partners.
• Maintain clear communication across Creative, Design, Client and external production teams throughout the project lifecycle.
