Job summary

Bombay Sapphire Distillery in Laverstoke, UK is seeking an Events Supervisor to coordinate and deliver a full range of ad-hoc and scheduled events within a customer facing environment. You will be part of the Duty Manager team supporting events, tours and experiences.

You will liaise with corporate and private customers, event agents and partners, contributing to sales and the marketing strategy for events while managing suppliers, budgets and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Event Coordination: Support and coordinate the delivery of event strategies, organise calendars, staffing, suppliers, permits, AV and logistics, and ensure budgets are managed.
• Sales: Contribute to sales ideas, assist with ad-hoc event sales work, create promotional materials, and promote the Distillery as an events venue.
• Administration: Maintain event management software/CRM, manage costs and payments, update event information and produce reports.
• Staff Coordination: Coordinate regular and temporary event staff, on-site management of staff, contractors and agencies.
• General duties: Contribute to site development, support marketing strategy with an events focus, participate in duty manager rota, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Compliance and safety: Ensure health & safety regulations, risk assessments, and HACCP compliance are followed.
