Job summary

THE·TEAM in the United Kingdom invites expressions of interest for experiential client services roles across account management levels, from Account Executive to Account Director.

The role supports live events, brand experiences and experiential programmes, acting as the liaison between clients and internal production, creative, strategy and operations teams, with opportunities possibly permanent or freelance in Orpington and Aldwych offices.

Qualifications

• 1–10+ years of client-facing experience in experiential or event environments.
• Experience managing client relationships and leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of production workflows and timelines.
• On-site experience required and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main client point of contact for active programmes.
• Lead timelines, budgets, scopes and staffing plans.
• Coordinate with internal producers, creative, strategy and operations teams.
• Translate client goals into internal direction.
• Manage on-site execution and post-event wrap.
• Support cross-sell and growth within accounts.
• Ensure coordination at multiple seniority levels from AE to Director.
