Job summary

Morgan Motor Company Limited in Malvern is seeking a part-time Associate to provide premium customer service at the Experience Centre. You will manage bookings and enquiries for experiences and assist with events and group bookings.

The role requires strong communication, cash handling, and computer skills, with flexibility to work front-of-house and in office settings as needed to support business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or luxury industries preferred.
• Busy customer-facing environment experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy, especially booking systems and Excel.
• Accuracy and attention to detail; strong organisational skills.
• Money handling experience with cash and card transactions.
• NVQ or equivalent in customer service; GCSE IT.

Responsibilities

• Deliver premium customer service to visitors at the Experience Centre.
• Manage bookings and enquiries for experiences.
• Coordinate events, venue hire, and group bookings.
• Handle administration and booking systems accurately.
• Upsell experiences or services when appropriate.
• Support front-of-house and office tasks as required.
