We are currently seeking a skilled Titanium Welder or an experienced TIG Welder eager to train in titanium welding. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking engineering team, working on precision components in a safety and quality-driven environment.

Key Duties:

• Use TIG welding equipment to manufacture precision titanium parts and assemblies, following SOPs and work orders.
• Operate in an inert atmosphere (e.g., purge chamber, glovebox) to ensure welding integrity.
• Prepare and maintain equipment and work areas, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
• Support new projects and assist the Quality department with jig and fixture evaluation.
• Train other titanium welding staff, including completing training records and risk assessments.

Role Requirements:

• Proven experience TIG welding titanium in a purge chamber or similar setup.
• High attention to detail with a commitment to producing top-quality work.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with a positive “can-do” attitude.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight production schedules.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.
