We have an exciting opportunity to join Guy's and St Thomas' as an experienced nurse.
Primarily, we are recruiting for our rotation programme, which includes a Trust-wide scheme and an acute medicine scheme. The rotation is an 18-month programme providing experience across various areas, typically in three 6-month rotations, with a permanent position at the end. We also have a limited number of permanent vacancies within medicine and our acute admissions ward.

The postholder will work under the guidance of the Ward Manager and multidisciplinary team to maintain high standards of nursing care and staff development, as part of the ward team.
Responsibilities include supporting the professional development of learners and junior staff, carrying out all relevant care activities under supervision, and providing flexible coverage as needed based on experience.
The postholder is accountable for their nursing practice, adhering to Trust policies and NMC standards, with a focus on personal and professional development supported by the Trust.
