Job summary

Caritas Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult Social Work - Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) in Oldham. You will assess needs, develop support plans, and work with agencies to safeguard vulnerable adults in the community.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of adult service users to identify needs and risks.
• Collaborate with health, housing, and community services to develop care plans.
• Provide expert advice and support to individuals and families, guiding them through services.
• Maintain accurate records in line with legislation and best practice.
• Participate in safeguarding meetings and multi-agency discussions to ensure protection of vulnerable adults.
