Job summary

Leaders In Care is seeking an experienced Adult MASH Social Worker for a 6-month hybrid role. The position involves managing safeguarding referrals and working within a fast-paced multi‑agency team to ensure timely decisions and effective risk management.

The role requires SWE registration and a strong background in adult safeguarding, with a focus on collaboration across police, health, housing and other services to safeguard adults at risk.

Qualifications

• Qualified Social Worker with SWE registration.
• Experience in Adult Safeguarding, MASH, Front Door or Duty teams.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding processes and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Screening and responding to adult safeguarding referrals.
• Make proportionate threshold decisions in line with the Care Act 2014 and safeguarding guidance.
• Collaborate with police, health professionals, housing teams and partner agencies.
• Complete risk assessments and identify safeguarding interventions.
• Maintain accurate records and high standards of practice.

We’re recruiting an experienced Adult MASH Social Worker to join a fast-paced, multi-agency team supporting vulnerable adults through effective risk management, timely decision-making, and partnership working.

The Role Includes:

• Screening and responding to adult safeguarding referrals
