Experienced Social Worker - Adults Safeguarding, Swindon

Swindon Borough Council is seeking experienced Social Workers to undertake the role of Enquiry Manager. This role involves ensuring that robust and proportionate safeguarding enquiries are conducted, with a focus on person-centred and strengths-based approaches. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication and time management skills, be committed to ongoing professional development, and be willing to work in a hybrid model.

The position requires a formal social work degree, registration with Social Work England, and fluency in English. Travel throughout the Borough is also necessary.
