Job Details – Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant:

• Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant
• CACHE or NCFE Certificate – Desirable
• Experience working with SEN children is ideal but a good knowledge of Autism essential
• Ambitions of becoming a Primary Teacher / SALT in the future
• You will be working 1:1 and in small groups with children who have Autism
• You will be working within the classroom and in small groups
• £95 - £100 per day plus weekly pay
• Full time and long-term role – September 2024 start
• Located in West London

The Head Teacher of a particularly supportive Primary School in West London is looking to recruit an Experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their support staff team and work on a 1:1 and small group basis with children who have speech and language difficulties.

Your role will involve helping the child to enjoy their learning and be fully involved with the class. Your support will be needed inside and outside of the classroom, including in the playground and in the classroom. You may also be required to run intervention sessions with small groups when more children need support with their work.

The Head Teacher and Senior Leadership Team are very supportive and will make sure you are happy and fully supported in your role. You will be joining a very welcoming team of support staff!
