Axcis is seeking experienced SEN Teaching Assistants to support secondary pupils with SEMH and challenging behaviour in a mainstream school in Altrincham. The position is full-time and long-term, starting from September.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in secondary schools is essential.
• Proactive and self-motivated individuals preferred.
• Empathy and passion for supporting pupils with SEN, especially SEMH needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents/guardians.
