We are a trusted education agency working with a variety of SEN schools that need dedicated Teaching Assistants for both short-term cover and long-term placements. Whether you’re looking for flexibility or a stepping stone to a permanent role, we have opportunities to suit your needs.
Supporting students with autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and complex needs
Assisting teachers with planning and delivering tailored learning activities
Providing one-to-one and small group support to help students reach their potential
Helping manage behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment
Working closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to meet individual student needs
Experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in an SEN setting
A strong understanding of SEN and a passion for making a difference
Patience, resilience, and the ability to build positive relationships with students
Flexibility to adapt to different school environments and student needs
Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA qualification) are desirable but not essential
Access to CPD and training to enhance your SEN knowledge
A dedicated consultant to find the right placements for you
Flexible working options – choose between short-term or long-term roles

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
