Marchant Recruitment are seeking a reliable School Caretaker for a well-established secondary school in Alcester. This is a full-time, permanent role starting as soon as possible, with duties focused on maintaining a safe and well-presented site.

The successful candidate will join a supportive site team, work closely with senior leadership, and help create a positive environment for students and staff. Prior caretaker or maintenance experience is preferred, with a hands-on, practical approach

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a caretaker/site team member (preferred).
• DBS enhanced check is required.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience and Skills
