Job summary

hireful is seeking a Risk Analyst (Risk & Assurance) to join its Compliance, Oversight, Risk & Assurance team in Manchester. The role involves delivering independent assurance reviews, control testing, and ERM activities to identify, assess, and monitor risks.

Knowledge of FCA/PRA requirements and GRC systems would be advantageous. The position is hybrid with three days in the Manchester city centre office, offering a collaborative environment, career development, and a benefits package

Qualifications

• Experience in risk, assurance, compliance, internal audit or governance within financial services.
• Knowledge of FCA/PRA requirements is advantageous.
• Ability to communicate risk to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver independent assurance reviews and objective control testing.
• Support Enterprise Risk Management activities and risk remediation.
• Identify, assess and monitor risks; ensure controls remain robust.
