Job summary

hireful is seeking a Risk Analyst (Risk & Assurance) to join its Compliance, Oversight, Risk & Assurance team in Manchester. The role involves delivering independent assurance reviews, control testing, and ERM activities to identify, assess, and monitor risks.

Knowledge of FCA/PRA requirements and GRC systems would be advantageous. The position is hybrid with three days in the Manchester city centre office, offering a collaborative environment, career development, and a benefits package

Qualifications

A growing, purpose-led financial services organisation is looking for a Risk Analyst (Risk & Assurance) to join its Compliance, Oversight, Risk & Assurance team. Reporting to the Risk & Assurance Manager, you’ll deliver independent assurance reviews, objective control testing and Enterprise Risk Management activities. You’ll help ensure risks are identified, assessed and monitored effectively, controls remain robust and remediation actions are delivered.

The role would suit an experienced Risk Analyst, Operational Risk Analyst, Risk & Compliance Analyst, Assurance Analyst or Compliance Analyst with experience in risk, assurance, compliance, internal audit or governance within financial services.

We’re looking for someone analytical, highly organised and confident communicating risk to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of FCA/PRA requirements, Consumer Duty, financial crime, control testing or GRC systems would be advantageous, alongside IRM, ICA, IIA or ISO-related qualifications.
