Job summary

Rubicon Consulting is seeking an experienced resourcer for our contract division based at our Hockley Heath office. You will be responsible for resourcing high quality candidates for our prestigious clients on contracts typically from 3 to 12 months.

With at least 6 months resourcing experience, you will talk to candidates, assess suitability, and drive toward high performance. We offer a good basic salary with uncapped commission, training, private healthcare and incentives.

Rubicon Consulting is a well established and highly regarded recruitment business supplying contract and permanent white collar technical staff into the Energy and Utilities sector.

We are looking for an experienced resourcer for our contract division. You will be responsible for resourcing high quality candidates for our prestigious clients, typically for contracts from 3 to 12 months plus.
