No recruitment experience is required; transferable skills from telesales or customer service are welcome. The role offers a competitive base and strong commission potential with ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and rapport-building abilities without scripts.
• Ability to search, screen and shortlist candidates for liveVacancies.
• Willingness to phone many candidates daily and assess suitability.

Responsibilities

• Search for potential matches using job boards and databases.
• Call candidates to gather information on suitability and availability.
• Submit shortlisted candidates to clients for consideration.
• Repeat the process for subsequent live vacancies and maintain activity.
