Convey Law in Newport is seeking an Experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our award-winning team. You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion with support from assistants and senior leaders, delivering outstanding client service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience handling residential conveyancing matters independently.
• Strong knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions.
• A good understanding of property law, regulatory obligations and conveyancing procedures.
• Experience managing a busy caseload while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Confidence using case management systems and digital platforms.
