What Will You Be Doing?

Own and grow your recruitment desk through business development, candidate management and strong client partnerships.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Winning new business through proactive sales calls, LinkedIn outreach, networking and client visits.
• Building construction client partnerships, understanding hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Sourcing, attracting, interviewing and placing talent across a range of construction roles.
• Agreeing commercial terms, fees and rates to maximise revenue opportunities.
• Managing end-to-end recruitment, including bookings, shift allocations and ongoing client and candidate communication.
• Growing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities and delivering consistently excellent service.
