Job summary

Roc Search Europe Limited in Manchester City Centre is seeking a Senior/Principal Recruitment Consultant to lead 360 recruitment across Engineering, Renewables and Technology. You’ll manage business development, candidate management, and client partnerships on a permanent or contract basis.

You will grow your niche within engineering/renewables or technology, mentor junior consultants, and contribute to a high-performance, award-winning team with an on-site gym and modern workspace.

Qualifications

• Proven success in a 360 agency environment.
• Strong business development mentality with a consultative approach.
• Ambition, resilience and a target-driven mindset.
• Engineering, Renewables or Technology market experience is ideal but not essential.
