Job summary

Operam Education Group is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join its Teachers UK team in the East Midlands, focusing on the Secondary education market. You’ll operate on an established, warm desk with the support of a strong team and clear progression routes.

You’ll build on existing relationships, win new business, grow your candidate network, and manage your own pipeline and revenue, with targets and rewards for results.

You already know recruitment. You know how to build a desk, pick up the phone, win business and make placements.

We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Teachers UK team in the East Midlands, working across the Secondary education market.

And honestly, this isn’t about starting again.

You’ll be stepping into a warm desk with an established market and the opportunity to take it further.

What could your next move look like?

You’ll have the opportunity to really make the desk your own.

You’ll be building on existing relationships, developing new business, growing your candidate network and looking for opportunities to take the desk to the next level.

You’ll have ownership of your market, but you’ll also have the wider Operam team around you. You won’t be expected to figure everything out on your own.

You’ll be:
