Job summary

Horizon Teachers in London is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Secondary division. You’ll build and own a busy desk, win new business and develop lasting relationships with schools and candidates.

You'll enjoy uncapped commission with progressive banding, a clear path to progression within Horizon Teachers and the wider Operam Education Group, and the support of a collaborative, award-winning team.

Qualifications

• Previous temp recruitment consultancy experience.
• Proven track record of generating revenue.
• Strong business development skills.
• Confidence speaking with clients and candidates.
• Commercial mindset with drive to hit targets.

• Education recruitment experience is a bonus, not required.

Horizon Teachers is looking for an experienced consultant to join our Secondary division.

Whether you’re already in education recruitment or you’ve built a successful desk in another market, we want to speak to people who know what good recruitment looks like and want to take their career further.
