Job summary

Personnel Placements is seeking an Experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple construction projects from planning through to completion in Canterbury. You will coordinate resources, manage budgets and schedules, liaise with clients and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage projects from start to finish.
• Develop project programmes, schedules and resource plans.
• Manage project budgets, costs and timelines.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Lead and support project teams to achieve successful outcomes.
• Prepare project reports, documentation and progress updates.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with company and industry standards.
