The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Facilities Contract Supervisor to lead the delivery of facilities maintenance services at Lyttelton Port Company in Christchurch. This is a hands‑on role where you will oversee daily maintenance operations, coordinate contractors and technicians, support client relationships, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Working closely with the National Facilities Manager and support teams, you will play a key role in maintaining service excellence across the contract.
