TimePlan Education is partnering with a Lewisham primary school to appoint an experienced Teaching Assistant for an immediate start. This full-time long-term role offers competitive daily rates and a supportive environment.

You will work closely with the class teacher to support learning across phonics, reading, writing and maths, deliver targeted interventions and help pupils build confidence and positive learning behaviours.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who knows how to make a classroom tick - someone who can support learning, build genuine relationships with pupils and confidently step in wherever they are needed.

What You'll Be Doing

• Working closely with the class teacher to support day-to-day learning


• Delivering targeted one-to-one and small-group interventions


• Supporting pupils across phonics, reading, writing and maths


• Providing additional support for children with SEND and diverse learning needs


• Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and positive learning behaviours


• Supporting classroom routines, preparation and organisation


• Building strong relationships with pupils and becoming a trusted member of the school team
