Job summary

Vela Medical Group is looking for an experienced Primary Care Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Luton. This office-based role involves managing the full 360 recruitment process and developing strong relationships with GP Practices, PCNs and other Primary Care providers, with uncapped earning potential.

You must have a proven track record in Primary Care recruitment, including experience recruiting GPs, ANPs/ACPs, Practice Nurses, Pharmacists and other Primary Care professionals.

Qualifications

• You must have previous Primary Care recruitment experience.
• Proven track record managing a 360 recruitment desk.
• Experience recruiting GPs, ANPs/ACPs, Practice Nurses, Pharmacists or related Primary Care roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop new Primary Care clients and manage existing accounts.

• Negotiate rates and terms with clients.

Experienced Primary Care Recruitment Consultant - Contract Desk

Location: Luton - Office Based

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience + uncapped commission

Vela Medical Group is looking for an experienced Primary Care Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Luton.

This is an opportunity for an established recruiter who already understands the Primary Care market and has a proven track record of managing a successful 360 recruitment desk.

You will take responsibility for developing and managing relationships with GP Practices, PCNs and other Primary Care providers, while building and maintaining a strong network of healthcare professionals.

The Role

You will manage the full 360 recruitment process, including:

• Developing new and existing Primary Care clients
• Winning and negotiating new business
• Managing and growing an active contract/locum desk
• Sourcing, screening and placing healthcare professionals
• Managing client and candidate relationships
• Negotiating rates and commercial terms
• Identifying new opportunities within existing accounts
• Working towards individual and team revenue targets

What We're Looking For

You must have previous Primary Care recruitment experience and a demonstrable track record within a 360 recruitment role.

We are particularly interested in recruiters with experience recruiting GPs, ANPs/ACPs, Practice Nurses, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians and other Primary Care professionals.

You’ll be commercially driven, confident developing new business and capable of managing the entire recruitment lifecycle independently.
