Vela Medical Group is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruitment Consultant to lead and grow a Permanent Recruitment desk. The role involves managing a full 360 process, from sourcing to placement, and developing new healthcare clients and deepening relationships with existing ones.

The successful candidate will actively source candidates, conduct screening, and negotiate salaries and fees, while enjoying autonomy, flexibility, and uncapped earning potential within a specialist healthcare

Qualifications

• Proven track record in healthcare recruitment.
• Experience running a complete 360 permanent recruitment desk.
• Comfortable sourcing candidates and developing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete 360 permanent recruitment process.
• Develop new healthcare clients and build relationships with existing clients.
• Identify permanent recruitment opportunities and source/headhunt healthcare professionals.
• Conduct candidate screening and qualification, arrange interviews and manage offers.
• Negotiate salaries and recruitment fees, guiding process to successful placement.
• Develop repeat business and long-term client relationships.
