Widely used in the food, mineral, and waste industries, these devices enhance processes like gas scrubbing and calcination by increasing efficiency. The TORWAVE technology overcomes traditional obstacles in microwave processing, facilitating hydrocarbon substitution, waste recycling, and energy efficiency. We are a small, close-knit team driven by curiosity and intellectual rigor. Due to growing business volumes, we are expanding and seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to succeed our current engineer nearing retirement. The role involves working independently on mechanical aspects of process design, drawing, manufacturing, installation, and maintenance. Key responsibilities include CAD design in Inventor, reviewing manufacturing drawings, fault diagnosis, maintenance planning, testing, managing the engineering team, liaising with suppliers, and supporting procurement. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience with high-temperature industrial process plants, refractory design, and materials handling. A degree in Engineering or related field, experience in thermal processes, and good communication skills are essential. The role requires the ability to work remotely and hold UK residence and work permits.
