Qualifications

• Proven bookkeeping experience is essential.
• Experience using cloud accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks Online, Dext).
• Solid understanding of double-entry bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Use accounting software to enter data efficiently and accurately.
• Reconcile bank, credit card and cash ledgers.
• Prepare and submit VAT and CIS returns on time.
• Post journals including PAYE, VAT and pension entries.
• Maintain electronic records and filing systems.
• Provide excellent client service and respond to queries promptly.
