Job summary

Protocol Education is recruiting for a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join a school in South Shields. The role suits an experienced TA or HLTA ready to take on additional responsibility within the classroom and support pupils with a range of learning and additional needs.

You will work closely with teaching staff to deliver engaging learning activities, support individuals and groups of pupils and help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Previous TA/HLTA experience in a school.
• Level 3 qualification preferred.
• Strong behaviour management and classroom skills.

Responsibilities
