Job summary

Frontline Construction Recruitment is seeking an experienced Gateman to join a busy construction site in Coventry, CV2. You will help manage site access, coordinate deliveries and vehicle movements, and support a safe, orderly entrance.

The role is temporary and site-based. You must have relevant site tickets and your own PPE, with strong communication and reliability to work as part of a site team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Gateman on a construction site.
• Valid site tickets.
• Own PPE.
• Experience dealing with site deliveries and vehicle movements.
• Good communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Control access and egress to the construction site.
• Manage deliveries arriving on site.
• Direct delivery vehicles safely.
• Allow only authorised vehicles and personnel on site.
• Communicate with site management and drivers.
• Maintain a safe and organised site entrance.
• Carry out general Gateman duties as required.
• Follow site health and safety procedures at all times.
