Job summary

Frontline Construction Recruitment is seeking an experienced Gateman to join a busy construction site in Coventry, CV2. You will help manage site access, coordinate deliveries and vehicle movements, and support a safe, orderly entrance.

The role is temporary and site-based. You must have relevant site tickets and your own PPE, with strong communication and reliability to work as part of a site team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Gateman on a construction site.
• Valid site tickets.
• Own PPE.
• Experience dealing with site deliveries and vehicle movements.
• Good communication and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Control access and egress to the construction site.
• Manage deliveries arriving on site.
• Direct delivery vehicles safely.

Job Type: Temporary / Site-Based

We are currently looking for an experienced Gateman to work on a busy construction site in Coventry, CV2.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out general Gateman duties, helping to maintain the safe and organised movement of deliveries, vehicles and personnel entering and leaving the site.

Gateman Duties

• Controlling access and egress to the construction site
• Managing deliveries arriving on site
• Directing delivery vehicles safely
• Allowing authorised vehicles and personnel in and out of site
• Communicating with site management and delivery drivers
• Maintaining a safe and organised site entrance
• Carrying out general Gateman duties as required
