Job summary

Skilled Careers is seeking an experienced Gateman to join a busy construction site in Bexleyheath. The role involves managing the site entrance, directing vehicles, and ensuring deliveries and visitors enter and leave the site safely.

The candidate should have a Gateman/Traffic Marshal background, hold a CSCS card where required, and be familiar with site health & safety procedures. Reliability, punctuality and teamwork are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Gateman / Traffic Marshal on a construction site.
• Valid CSCS card and relevant traffic marshal/gateman ticket where required.
• Good understanding of site health & safety procedures.
• Confident communicating with drivers, visitors and site staff.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
• Able to work well as part of a team.
• Full PPE hard hat, hi-vis and safety boots.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the site entrance, controlling deliveries and ensuring vehicles and visitors enter and leave the site safely.
