Klarent Hospitality Limited is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead a busy front-of-house team and deliver exceptional guest experiences at our UK hotels.

This role emphasizes confident communication, resilience, and a passion for outstanding service. Prior F&B experience helps, but development within our group is encouraged for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy Food & Beverage operation is ideal but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Be totally customer focused by delivering excellent customer service with a friendly and effective approach.
• Assist guests to ensure efficient, professional service and exceed expectations.
• Assist the Food and Beverage Manager with smooth department operation.
• Maintain strong knowledge of hotel products and standards.
• Ensure Health & Safety / Food compliance is adhered to.

• Assist the Food and Beverage Manager with the smooth operation of the department
• Have a strong knowledge of the Hotel’s products and standards
• Ensuring all Health and Safety/ Food compliance is adhered to
