Job summary

The JCB Group is recruiting an Experienced Fleet Sales Executive for Kia PBV at JCB Kia Ashford to manage fleet enquiries and deliveries. You will coordinate fleet agreements, website pricing and showroom support, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:00-17:30 with a 1 hour lunch break. The role offers progression within a progressive dealer group and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive fleet sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to liaise with customers via phone, online and showroom.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with incoming fleet enquiries on the telephone, online and in the showroom.
• Organising fleet agreements, vehicle deliveries and vehicle collections.
• Fleet management and organising website pricing and advertising.
• Assisting with incoming sales and service enquiries into the dealership in person, digitally and by phone.
