Job summary

Wolviston Management Services is recruiting for Field Process Operators to join ConocoPhillips at the Seal Sands facility on Teesside. You will operate, monitor and optimise high-hazard process plant, ensuring safe startup/shutdown, alarm response and effective handovers.

Strong safety focus and ability to work with maintenance and engineering teams are essential. Experience in distillation, hydrocarbon processing, DCS and control-room operations is valued, with emphasis on precise process

Qualifications

• Strong safety focus and ability to work in hazardous environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proven ability to monitor, operate and troubleshoot complex plant systems.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate, monitor and optimise process plant and equipment.
• Support plant start-up, shutdown and routine operating activities.
• Monitor process conditions, respond to alarms and troubleshoot issues.
• Carry out field operations and DCS/control-room activities.
• Support plant isolations and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Engineering teams and deliver shift handovers.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and safety standards.
