Job Description:

Moor Park Golf Club is looking for an experienced events supervisor to assist the Clubhouse Manager and Operations Manager in delivering numerous events.

• Variety of events from weddings, parties, private dining and golf days
• Beautiful setting within a 17th Century Mansion

The successful candidate will support the running of large events and manage smaller, private events independently.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising and delivering events
• Ensuring function room setups match event forms and standards
• Anticipating needs, responding promptly, and creating solutions to issues, aiming to enhance guest experience and create ‘WOW experiences’
• Hosting pre and post-event briefings
• Maintaining cleanliness and functionality of event rooms and customer areas
• Managing back-of-house storage and stock
• Overseeing security and preventative maintenance of function rooms, reporting issues to Maintenance
• Building professional rapport with members, guests, and staff
• Leading a small team for smaller events, ensuring effective communication and attention to detail

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year depending on experience
