Job summary

Fusion People Ltd is seeking a skilled Mechanic for an ongoing contract in Ballymena, County Antrim. You will work on interior fit-outs of electric vehicles, assembling metal, wood, laminate and fibreglass components to drawings, while ensuring safe operation of tools and equipment.

The role requires at least 4 years of hands-on experience and offers a 38-hour week from Monday to Thursday with overtime on Fridays. Competitive hourly pay and ongoing work available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years on-the-tools experience in mechanical fitting or assembly.

Responsibilities

• Interior fit-out of large new electric vehicles.
• Assemble metal, wood, laminate and fibreglass components using nuts, bolts and rivets.
• Ensure safe operation of plant equipment and hand tools.
• Assemble products in line with assembly drawings.
• Comply with H&S policies and procedures.
• Maintain high quality workmanship and efficiency while moving between operations.
