Job summary

Fusion People Ltd in Ballymena, County Antrim, is seeking a Plumber for a 4+ month assignment with a pay rate of £30 per hour (UMB). The role involves assembling a range of mechanical systems and working to assembly drawings within a busy production environment.

You will operate plant equipment and hand tools, participate in continuous improvement, and ensure adherence to H&S policies. Overtime may be available as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years on the tools experience.
• Minimum of a Level 3 Qualification within a relevant discipline.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the assembly of a variety of mechanical systems.
• Assembling materials such as metal, wood, laminate and fibreglass components to the vehicles using nuts, bolts and rivets as part of the production process.
• Responsible for the safe operation of plant equipment and hand tools.
• Assembling the product in line with assembly drawings.
• Participation in continuous improvement teams and initiatives.
• Complying with H&S policies and procedures.
• Ensuring work quality to company standards and sign-offs.
• Moving between operations while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Undertaking training or retraining related to the post or new practices.
