Experienced Coach Driver

First Bus has teamed up with FlixBus, the global leader in travel tech, to find experienced Coach Drivers to join our growing team in Bristol.

You will help launch new FlixBus routes across South-West England. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and perks to support your career. Your role involves operating FlixBus services from our Lawrence Hill depot in Bristol, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring safe, smooth journeys for passengers.

This partnership will expand FlixBus services across South-West England and introduce new routes to northern cities like Leeds, Manchester, and Newcastle.

Routes launch in May 2025, with a second phase starting in July 2025. Initially, you may drive First Bus services to familiarize yourself with routes and operations, preparing for the FlixBus launch.

Join us as a qualified driver and earn £16.35 per hour.

Qualified drivers are eligible for a £3,000 signing bonus, payable in two installments over 12 months (after 6 and 12 months of service). To qualify, you must not have been employed by First Bus in the past 12 months.

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 39 hours weekly across various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
