Woodlands of Kingston is seeking an experienced CNC Joinery Machinist to join its dedicated machine shop in the United Kingdom. The role requires hands-on CNC machining within a joinery environment, reading technical drawings and delivering high-quality bespoke components.

Salary is £40,000–£45,000 per annum with Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:15pm hours and optional weekend overtime. You will work closely with the production team to maintain quality and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in joinery or woodworking manufacturing.
• Hands-on CNC machining experience.
• Ability to read and work from technical drawings.

Responsabilités

• Operating and setting CNC machinery within the machine shop.
• Producing bespoke joinery components accurately and efficiently.
• Working from technical drawings and production information.
• Setting up machinery and selecting appropriate tooling.
• Carrying out quality checks throughout production.
• Identifying and reporting any tooling, programme or machine issues.
• Supporting general machine shop activities and production requirements.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Working closely with the wider joinery and production teams.
• Contributing to improvements in machining processes and efficiency.
