Job summary

Qualifications

• Need access to own vehicle and UK right to work.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to provide personal care, monitor health, and follow care plans.

Responsibilities

• Visit service users in their own homes to provide care as defined in the Care Plan.
• Perform personal care, administer medication, monitor vital signs, and assist with daily tasks.
• Liaise with healthcare professionals such as district nurses and pharmacies.
