Job summary

Abbots Care Dorset is seeking kind and compassionate community care assistants to join our expanding team across Dorset. You will visit service users in their own homes to support independence and wellbeing. We offer paid in-house training, DBS, flexible full or part-time hours from 7am to 10pm, paid mileage, and guaranteed hours.

A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required. If you are starting out, no experience is needed as we provide induction and shadowing until you

• No prior experience required due to comprehensive training and induction.
• Role involves personal care, medication administration, and helping with daily tasks.
• Shadowing provided until ready to start.
