Chef & Cook in Central London is seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef to join a busy café team. You will prep and cook breakfast and brunch dishes to a high standard, maintaining quality, presentation, and consistency in a fast-paced environment.

You will work independently and with a busy kitchen team, ensuring food hygiene and safety procedures are followed, keeping the kitchen clean and well-stocked, and bringing fresh menu ideas to the table. Strong English and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Breakfast Chef in a busy café or restaurant.
• Level 2 or Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Good spoken English.
